When will my order be dispatched?
The processing time needed for orders depends on the individual items within that order. Any 'in stock'/'ready to ship' pieces will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Made to order pieces will be dispatched within 1-3 weeks. Please be aware that during busy times, order dispatch times may be longer.
If you are purchasing as a gift and need something delivered by a specific date, please drop an email to hello@haddavies.co.uk BEFORE placing your order.
What shipping methods do you offer?
All domestic orders (UK) are posted using Royal Mail services.
At checkout, you can choose between Tracked 48 and Tracked 24 services. The tracking number will be provided on your dispatch notification (via email).
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently I am unable to ship to anywhere outside of the UK, due to the new tariff situations in the US, and new GPSR laws in Europe. I'm in the process of testing out shipping to Canada, so hopefully this will be reinstated soon.
I am working towards reopening shipping to the US & Europe, but as the shipping situation to these locations is changing weekly, I'm waiting for new legislation to settle down before reopening.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, please contact me at hello@haddavies.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number. Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived with all tags still attached. You will be refunded once the item has been received by me. As a small business, I am only able to cover return postage costs in the case of damaged items.
Please note any made to order pieces CANNOT be returned.
Help! My item has arrived damaged?
If your order has arrived damaged or you believe it to be faulty, please get in touch at hello@haddavies.co.uk within 14 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs of the issues. Although I take great care to package orders securely, accidents do happen and therefore I will do my best to remedy any issues as soon as possible. Please do not get rid of any damaged items as they will need to be returned in order for a refund.
Are you able to gift wrap/include gift messages?
Of course! Just pop any messages you want included in the 'order notes' section at checkout. If you'd like the item posting direct to the recipient, make sure you include their address at checkout too.
As many people choose to send items as gifts direct to the recipient, I don't include any pricing details inside your parcel as standard.
Do you offer wholesale/can we stock your pieces in our shop?
Absolutely! I would love to have my pieces stocked in your shop. Please drop me an email at hello@haddavies.co.uk with some info about you and your shop.
